Overview

Bhargo follows an exchange-only policy. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and processed.

If there is a genuine issue with the piece you received, our team will review the request and guide you through the exchange process.

7-day exchange window

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. Requests raised after this window may not be eligible for review.

Eligible exchange reasons

  • The item arrived damaged, broken, or visibly defective
  • You received the wrong item, variation, or size from what was confirmed in the order
  • There is a clear manufacturing issue identified immediately after delivery

What is not eligible

  • Requests for refunds, change of mind, or preference-based returns
  • Items that show wear, resizing, alteration, or damage after delivery
  • Customised or personalised jewellery unless there is a verified manufacturing issue
  • Requests raised without the required supporting evidence for damage or quality claims

Mandatory unboxing proof

For damage, breakage, missing-item, or quality complaints, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video should clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product condition at the time of receipt.

How to request an exchange

  • Contact Bhargo support within 7 days of delivery
  • Share your order code, a short explanation of the issue, and clear photos
  • Include the unboxing video for any damage or quality-related claim
  • Wait for the Bhargo team to review and confirm the next steps

Review and approval

Approved requests may be exchanged for the same item, a replacement variation, or another eligible Bhargo piece, depending on stock availability and internal review.

If there is a price difference between the approved exchange item and the original order, the difference will be collected or adjusted accordingly.

Packaging requirements

The product must be returned in its original condition with the box, pouch, tags, certificates, and any accompanying packaging or documentation supplied with the order.
